The project encourages a love for ancestral languages and rare and ancient books, including original works and facsimiles. The proposal aims to promote research and creation involving colonial books and manuscripts, as well as to stimulate the art of facsimile reproduction. On the one hand, visitors will be able to interact with the facsimile works and experience the texture and weight of the paper and ink, similar to books from the colonial era. This type of laboratory allows both enthusiasts and academics to appreciate and learn from the linguistic knowledge and art preserved in these texts and sound archives.

INTERDISCIPLINARY CREATION LABORATORY
The laboratory is an interdisciplinary space that aims to encourage the exploration of the cultural territory and the dynamics of the museographic space, through artistic intervention with creation + research projects. From there, specific work proposals will be promoted that will establish dialogues between participants and allow the collective construction of knowledge and creative digital experimentation.
The objective is to generate meetings of analysis, inquiry, creativity, transformation and interrelation between the participating components and agents, in order to enrich the process and achieve social transformations to understand and penetrate different people and cultures.
The importance of languages in the culture and identity of peoples has been recognized by various thinkers throughout history. In the case of Abya Yala, missionaries played a fundamental role in the study and appreciation of indigenous languages as forms of art and expression. This process of fusion and integration is a key aspect of the diverse and complex Ibero-American history.
The imprint of European language policy on the culture and history of America is undeniable. From the missionaries who dedicated themselves to the study of indigenous languages to better understand their inhabitants, to the accreditation of the word as a paradigm, languages have been a fundamental tool for fusion and the construction of culture. This process is not limited only to the biological, but also encompasses the cultural and linguistic wealth of our continent.
People attending the activities will have the support of indigenous experts on linguistic issues in Abya Yala and researchers of bibliography of old books, who work with interdisciplinary understanding tools to question the subject and promote preservation and dissemination strategies in digital content for their web technological applications.
This cultural interaction seeks to highlight the importance of the exploration and preservation of the cultural heritage of peoples, through digital experimentation such as video art, experimental photography and installation,
intervening with old books and sounds of indigenous words, among other elements of documentary and historical archives applied in creative contexts.
The laboratory focuses public and collective creation on a form of appropriation of the visual and sound space of the linguistic phenomenon, understood as representation, in addition to influencing the reflection of the diversity of languages in Abya Yala and Latin America. Emphasis is placed on the creation of listening dynamics and the training of audiences, as a methodology to expand the promotion of creative interaction with linguistic themes and bibliomania, during stays in artistic spaces in residence.
